But how can we fix the issue if you are not physically at my computer desk? Well, we have a secure application that we get you to download, and this allows us a secure one off connection to be able to share whats on your computer screen with us, and you can follow along!  It is a great value service also, as this is billed in 15 minute blocks from after we set up the screen share application.  We also offer Onsite services, where we come to you, as there is nothing like having someone “from IT” in the building, ready to answer and support you or your business.
